Wedding Supplier Point of Contact
It’s tricky to manage your wedding and also enjoy the occasion with your partner and guests. As your wedding coordinator I become your main point of contact for all your suppliers in the month prior so you can relax in the lead up to, and on the wedding day itself. Have trust that you will have someone who understands your vision and will work hard to coordinate your dream occasion.
Month Prior
- 1x planning meeting at your venue (in person)
- Takeover of all venue and supplier communication
- Comprehensive running order creation
- On the day wedding coordination until late
- Help with decor and venue setup and pack down
- Meet and greet your suppliers on the day
- Lead communicator between suppliers for any last minute changes
- Assistant to you both for any miscellaneous tasks
- Master of ceremonies for any announcements (if required)
- Coordination of events to include ceremony, wedding breakfast, cake cutting and first dance
- Discreet handling of any eventualities
