On-the-day Wedding Co-ordination
It’s tricky to manage your wedding on the day and also enjoy the occasion with your partner and guests. As your wedding coordinator I become your main point of contact for all your suppliers one month prior so you can relax in the lead up to, and on your wedding day.
This service can include but not limited to..
- 1 x 1 hour planning meeting at your venue (in person)
- Handover of all venue and supplier communication
- Comprehensive running order creation
- Up to 12 hours on the day wedding coordination
- Help with decor and venue setup and pack down
- Meet and greet your suppliers
- Lead communicator between suppliers for any last minute changes
- Assistant to you both for any miscellaneous tasks
- Master of ceremonies for any announcements (if required)
- Coordination of events to include ceremony, wedding breakfast, cake cutting and first dance
- Discreet handling of any eventualities
