Consult & Manage

Planning a wedding can be a really enjoyable experience for couples, especially if you have the time to focus on it. My Consult and Manage package is the inbetween service between Full Wedding Planning and on the day Wedding Coordination service.

You get 8 planning meetings stretched over your wedding planning timeline on top of the services included in the on the day Wedding Coordination package. The Consult and Manage package allows you the opportunity to check in with me for expert advice and guidance in the lead up to your big day. It’s great if you want a similar level of advice a full wedding planner can offer, but don’t have the budget for this service.

This service includes..
  • 7 x 1 hour planning meetings spread across your planning timeline (virtual)
  • 1 x 1 hour planning meeting at your venue (in person)
  • Take over of supplier communication up to 4- 6 weeks prior
  • On-the-day wedding coordination for up to 12 hours
The planning meetings can include but are not limited to…
  • Overview of your vision, budget management and what to focus on first
  • Preparation for supplier research and what to look out for when selecting suppliers
  • Invitations planning and RSVP management
  • Review of your preferred suppliers before confirming
  • Miscellaneous checklist of ad hoc tasks to ensure everything is covered
  • Timeline planning and running order creation
  • Venue visit and supplier take over in the lead up to and on the day coordination

Best suited for: A couple who are confident at organising their wedding but need advice and support along the way to know what to do and when. You want to have the option to lean on an expert to ask questions as you go, and have someone on the day to oversee the running of the day.
